The Role

Mezan Group is hiring a Warehouse Incharge for its Edible Oil & Fats Division in Islamabad (Supply Chain function, FMCG/ edible oil industry).

•Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receipt, storage, handling, packing and dispatch of edible oils and fats •Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations and root-cause analysis of variances •Implement and enforce food safety, hygiene and GMP procedures (HACCP/ ISO/ FSSC as applicable) within the warehouse •Apply and monitor FIFO/ FEFO routines to maintain product quality and shelf-life control •Supervise, train and mentor warehouse team members; manage rosters, performance and disciplinary matters •Coordinate inbound/ outbound logistics with procurement, production, QA, and transport partners to meet delivery schedules •Manage handling equipment and ensure safe operation, maintenance and proper certification (forklifts, pumps, etc.) •Maintain accurate documentation and records for batch traceability, temperature logs, damage reports and regulatory compliance •Use Warehouse Management Systems/ ERP to record transactions, generate reports and drive process improvements •Monitor and report KPIs (OTD, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, returns, shrinkage) and implement corrective actions •Ensure workplace safety and compliance with local regulations, including hazardous materials handling where applicable
