The Role

Fatima Group is hiring a Deputy Chief Chemist at Fatima Sugar Mills Limited, Fazal Garh Sinawan, Kot Addu.

•Monitor and control process parameters across sugar manufacturing during assigned shifts, ensuring maximum sugar recovery, quality and minimal sugar losses, including clarification and evaporation performance, and keep pH, Brix, Pol, purity, temperature and color within specified limits •Verify chemical dosing and concentration, and track sucrose losses, press mud and final molasses •Escalate process deviations and keep operators aligned to stable conditions throughout the shift •Ensure compliance with process, quality, safety and environmental procedures, and submit shift-wise reports with clear handover communication
