The Role
Shafi Texcel Limited is hiring a Garment Dyeing In-Charge at Manga Raiwind Road, 4.5 km Raiwind, Lahore.
•Ensure accurate lab-to-bulk shade matching and recipe scaling •Conduct quality inspections and resolve defects •Monitor fabric hand-feel, colorfastness, shrinkage and GSM •Verify batch recipes and control chemical dispensing to minimize wastage •Prepare weekly and monthly dye and chemical consumption demands •Supervise garment dyeing and washing machinery operations •Allocate shift-wise workloads to supervisors, operators and helpers

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering
- Diploma: Textile Processing
4 to 6+ years of practical experience in a dedicated garment or fabric dyeing unit
Team Leadership, Attention to Detail, Technical Knowledge, Problem Solving
