The Role

Quality Assurance Officer/ Executive in the Quality & Patient Safety department at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Peshawar.

•Conduct open and close medical charts audit •Conduct internal and external (third-party) audits •Conduct and supervise periodic reviews of departmental quality systems to ensure round the clock compliance to applicable standards •Conduct awareness sessions on quality improvement standards, customer complaint handling, internal quality audits and other areas as required •Assist in organizational QA initiatives to meet international quality standards by drafting and developing institutional policies and auditing performance improvement of hospital departments •Develop, gather data, analyze, evaluate and report on clinical indicators to the HODs of clinical departments on a regular basis
