The Role
Soorty is hiring a Manager Utility & Maintenance, onsite at Nooriabad.
•Oversee predictive maintenance and 24/7 reliability for Jenbacher, MTU gas engine and Wartsila HFO generating units •Manage MV/ LV switchgear, RMUs, transformers, protection relays and fault recording of power plant MV room •Maintain large-scale VRF, chillers, cooling towers and multi-stage rotary screw compressed air networks •Drive ISO 50001 audits, specific energy reduction and strict LOTO/ PTW arc-flash zero-harm protocols •Drive cross-functional consumption audits, loss elimination and favorable regulatory tariff negotiations

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
8-12+ years of relevant experience in continuous industrial power/ utilities, with minimum 4-5 years in a supervisory/ management capacity
