The Role
Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) invites applications from male candidates for the post of Building Inspector to enforce construction bylaws across its area of responsibility.
•Enforcement of construction bylaws through proactive monitoring of under construction/ completed/ occupied buildings against violations in respective AOR •Implementation of compliance measures by rectification/ regularization of deviations from approved drawings •Stage-wise inspection of under construction houses/ plazas as per green card/ building bylaws •Inspection of building for issuance of completion certificate, NOC for occupation and transfer of houses •Coordination with Planning Directorate for initial demarcation of members' plots •Monitoring for fixing of solar panels •Ensure fixing of green cloth masking/ CGI sheets on under construction houses/ plazas •Achieve KPIs set for Additional Director in accomplishment of assigned tasks within given timelines •Ensure compliance against notices issued to members for violation of building bylaws

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Civil Engineering
5 years of site work
Construction Drawing Interpretation, DHAI-R Bylaws and SOPs, Communication, Report Writing
