The Role

The Privatisation Commission is hiring a Consultant Transaction (G-1, contract) to manage approved privatization transactions end-to-end, ensuring timely, compliant and transparent execution.

•Manage approved privatization transactions end-to-end, ensuring timely, compliant, and transparent execution •Collect, analyze, and assess data on assigned entities/ assets, including ownership, financials, liabilities, legal standing, and operations •Conduct and coordinate preliminary due diligence and prepare analytical reports in line with approved templates and procedures •Develop and present transaction execution strategies, including in-house execution or engagement of Financial Advisors and consultants •Evaluate and recommend optimal transaction structures, and review transaction structures proposed by appointed advisors •Formulate and implement transaction plans with defined stages, activities, milestones, and timelines •Prepare and coordinate key transaction documents such as Information Memorandums, bidding documents, SPAs, JVAs, and related agreements •Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for the Privatisation Commission, CCoP, and other relevant forums •Review Financial Advisor deliverables, track milestones, and recommend validation and payments •Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction documentation •Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority
