The Role

Pfizer Pakistan requires a Health Representative in its Vaccines division for Rawalpindi, reporting to the Health Rep Manager, to promote Pfizer products to doctors in the assigned territory.

•Make professional, skilful presentations to targeted doctors of the assigned territory and maintain adequate knowledge of products and their competition •Prepare doctors/ chemists contact records list and maintain all call records •Prepare weekly and monthly call plans and submit them for approval to the Health Representative Manager •Call on practising physicians, hospitals and other health-related organizations within the assigned territory •Make presentations using selling skills on the approved indications of Pfizer products to increase prescriptions •Submit reports on calls made to doctors and chemists on the prescribed forms •Follow the approved tour program, make planned calls and present coverage in scheduled meetings •Arrange Product Group Meetings with doctors and keep knowledge of competitive products updated •Collect and report information on promotional and marketing moves of the competition •Provide periodic feedback to the manager and marketing group on own promotional activities •Coordinate with distributors for stock availability of products with retail outlets •Forward technical queries raised by doctors to the Medical Division •Maintain records, detailing kit and vehicle, and submit expenses and leave plans on time
