The Role
Unilever Pakistan requires a Shift Manager (WL1) at its Lahore Foods Factory, reporting to the Operations Manager, to drive manufacturing operations to the agreed plan on volume, cost, safety, quality and other KPIs.
•Plan making and packing operations to achieve shift targets in volume, quality, output reliability, cost and safety •Receive chemical and packaging materials •Organize and control labour (operators, technicians and contract staff) •Monitor material consumption and yield and reduce waste •Minimise material variance through optimal usage of chemicals and packaging and accurate record keeping •Supervise weekly and monthly stock counts and Fourth Shift transactions •Ensure workers wear appropriate PPE and comply with safety, health and environmental rules •Drive autonomous maintenance activities on the shop floor •Support implementation of best practices such as TPM, HACCP and audit recommendations •Identify skill gaps and organize training for workers •Continuously improve operations by identifying areas for process development

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Engineering
2-4 years of experience in operations/ production in FMCG or manufacturing industry
HSE, Technical Skills, Communication, Problem Solving
