The Role
Jinnah Medical Construction Company (JMC), set up by the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination for the Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Centre (JMC&RC), Islamabad, invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (JMC-01) on contract for three years or till completion of the JMC&RC project (whichever is earlier), on a market-based/ industry-competitive pay package. The closing date was extended to 02 November 2026 by corrigendum.
•Provide executive leadership and support the company in achieving its strategic objectives •Oversee the planning, development, implementation and management of major infrastructure, engineering, construction and development projects •Promote sound corporate governance, integrity and professional ethics •Oversee financial management and support effective decision-making •Provide oversight of procurement and contract management activities •Identify, assess and manage organizational and project-related risks •Maintain effective communication, negotiation and stakeholder relationships •Provide effective leadership and support organizational performance

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management
•At least 25 years of professional experience, preferably in the public sector or large public-interest organizations •At least 10 years in senior executive leadership positions, including at least 3 years in planning, development, implementation or management of major infrastructure, engineering, construction or development projects •Experience as a Chief Executive or at senior management level in similar organizations having commercial attributes •Proven track record of completing multiple mega infrastructure or construction projects, preferably with an aggregate value of PKR 100 billion or above Preferred: •Professional experience working with or for international or multilateral financial institutions
