The Role
Packages Group is hiring a Junior Operations Executive to support daily mall operations, inspections and floor staff coordination, reporting to the Operations Executive/ Duty Manager. The ad does not name the duty station; Lahore is the group's head-office city.
•Assist in monitoring daily mall operations and ensure a clean, safe and customer-friendly environment •Conduct regular floor walks and report operational, housekeeping, maintenance and safety issues •Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards of restrooms and common areas •Support daily inspection of assigned retail outlets and record observations •Maintain inspection checklists and follow up identified issues for closure •Monitor customer movement, parking areas and high-traffic zones and report operational concerns •Assist in supervising and coordinating mall floor staff •Respond to customer queries, complaints and routine operational issues and escalate when required •Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance and other support teams •Maintain daily operational records and provide updates to the Operations Executive/ Duty Manager

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Engineering
•0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may also apply Preferred: •Relevant certifications in Facilities Management, Operations, Hospitality or Health & Safety
MS Word, MS Excel, Communication, Coordination
•Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
