The Role

Mondelez International is hiring an electrical Maintenance Technician at its Hub plant to lead planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance elements in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment.

•Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM (safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, morale) targets and participate in daily management system meetings •Own the technology, process and centerline settings for the equipment, the progressive maintenance systems and KPIs, and the repairs and maintenance budget of the line •Develop, own and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans and build the technical and maintenance skills of shift technicians •Partner with the Asset and Reliability team on system improvement and special maintenance tasks; handle change management, localization of spares, breakdown analysis and cost reduction •Represent the line as site technology owner in regional and global technology forums •Assist in VSU for new initiatives, support benchmarking and act as trainer on PM subjects for the plant
