The Role
Pakistan Tobacco Company is hiring a Team Lead- SMD (permanent, operations) at its Jhelum factory to manage shift operations, quality and maintenance support on the shop floor.
•Schedule and control shift operations effectively to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production targets •Ensure the manufacturing of high-quality products by meeting/ exceeding MQI and FQI targets, improving processes to reduce/ eliminate market complaints and protecting product integrity •Manage and aid in all maintenance efforts to keep machines functioning efficiently and decrease periods of inactivity •Drive breakthrough results in Process Reliability, Planned and Unplanned Downtime while delivering against the Master Production Schedule •Mentor and develop EOs and encourage multiskilling in shift •Maintain positive connections with CBA representatives to ensure smooth operations on the floor •Monitor and ensure compliance with company EH&S policies on the shop floor •Encourage shop floor employees to come up with new ideas to ensure continuous improvement

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
1-2 years of experience in Operations Management Preferred: Working experience with SAP
