The Role
Pakistan Tobacco Company is hiring a Maintenance Officer (permanent, operations) at Akora Khattak to keep production machinery performing and lead maintenance processes.
•Optimizing machinery and equipment performance to minimize downtime •Identifying issues and implementing solutions to prevent efficiency losses •Conducting regular maintenance as per schedule •Crafting and standardizing maintenance processes and protocols •Educating team members on accurate operation and maintenance of equipment •Addressing critical equipment failures promptly •Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators for maintenance •Contributing to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor 16 Years: Mechanical Engineering
2-3 years of experience in production machinery maintenance, troubleshooting and team upskilling
Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, Communication
