Senior Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

The Role

PepsiCo Pakistan (Pakistan Foods) is hiring a Senior Territory Sales Manager for Bahawalpur to lead the sales team and large-scale distributors in deploying company strategies and developing plans for local business needs.

•Set clear and SMART objectives to deliver AOP and Strat Plan in line with regional goals and cascade them to the territory team •Estimate and analyze category development potential and create plans to grow shares in each category •Implement and cascade action plans to the territory team to execute counter strategies •Achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets as well as brand and pack deliverables •Review progress at weekly meetings and take corrective action •Ensure smooth flow of accurate financial and sales information to ASM/ ZSM •Monitor and manage trade discounts with TS month on month •Monitor and track distributor ROI and propose ways to improve distributor profitability •Implement quality and control measures at distributor outlets (FIFO, stock numbers etc.) •Track depot sales and assist ASM/ ZSM in strategic planning •Improve market share through untapped channels, new towns, brand and pack size and rack productivity •Monitor competitor activity and identify response plans with the ASM •Ensure execution of new product initiatives, merchandizing, display and operational priorities •Maintain a regular physical presence in the territory •Assess team capability through feedback, review meetings and KPI tracking; conduct core skills assessments and field training
