The Role
Area Manager (Northern Zone Operations) for TCF schools in Khanewal, responsible for academic leadership and management of the area's schools and principals, with frequent travel.
•Lead academic leadership and management of schools and the entire cohort of Principals •Ensure improvement in SSR and fee collection and manage day-to-day fleet •Manage the Area Administrator for administrative duties and academic data management •Maintain communication with community members, parents and donors on education activities •Strengthen the Principal cohort and support recruitment of quality local Principals •Ensure PQI visits and regular academic feedback to Principals, including appraisals and PIPs •Strengthen the Teacher cohort and approve teacher transfers and promotion recommendations •Conduct at least one classroom observation on every visit •Develop action plans for struggling schools and strategies for area improvement

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years)
At least 3 years of experience as a principal
Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, English and Urdu, MS Office, Negotiation Skills
