The Role
Transworld is hiring an Associate Voice Core Operations in Islamabad to manage and optimize the LDI/ C-5 voice core network, interconnects and voice KPIs.
•Manage and optimize the LDI/ C-5 voice core network for high availability and reliability •Develop and execute MOPs for planned network activities and fault resolution •Monitor LDI traffic and optimize routing to ensure efficient traffic flow and prevent congestion •Coordinate with interconnect partners to ensure routing and SLA compliance •Monitor ASR, PDD, call blocking, and other voice KPIs to maintain service quality •Manage interconnects with fixed and mobile operators, including PTCL, Jazz, and Ufone •Manage SIP trunk provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting •Ensure timely reporting to PTA, BI, and management •Coordinate with BI and Jera soft to ensure accurate LDI billing data and reporting

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Telecommunications, Engineering
2 to 3 years of experience in telecommunication network operations, particularly in LDI and core network management
SIP Protocols, Voice Core Networks, Voice Routing, Traffic Management, Network Troubleshooting, Trace Analysis, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving
