The Role
Shafi Texcel Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Electrical for its apparel unit to manage electrical maintenance, power supply and electrical safety for apparel production.
•Manage preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment •Ensure uninterrupted power supply to apparel production areas •Troubleshoot electrical faults in panels, motors, drivers, wiring and distribution systems •Monitor electrical consumption and implement energy saving initiatives •Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and maintenance SOPs •Manage electrical technicians, spare parts inventory and ERP based purchase requisitions •Support electrical installations, projects, testing and commissioning •Maintain maintenance record and coordinate with production and other support departments

3- 5 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Electrical Engineering
- Bachelor 16 Years: Electrical Engineering
3-5 years of relevant industrial electrical maintenance experience Preferred: Apparel or textile industry experience will be an advantage
Electrical Troubleshooting, Electrical Maintenance, MV/ LV Distribution, Motors and VFDs, PLCs, Electrical Safety, Communication Skills, ERP
