The Role
Jazz is hiring a Lead Solutions Architect (SI & Managed Services) in Islamabad, a senior solution architect and presales professional responsible for enterprise technology solution discovery, architecture, qualification, positioning and customer engagement across multiple technology domains and OEM portfolios. The role reports to the Head of Presales- SI & Managed Services.
•Lead end-to-end presales engagements for enterprise customers covering integrated technology, ICT, connectivity, infrastructure, cloud, managed services, security, collaboration, smart campus and emerging technology solutions •Engage enterprise customers at CXO, business, IT and technical levels to generate, qualify and document requirements •Lead technology discovery, workshops, solution discussions, technical presentations, demonstrations, PoC discussions and architecture reviews •Design end-to-end, multi-domain and multi-OEM architectures and solution blueprints covering Network, Infrastructure, Storage, Data Center, Cloud, Security, Connectivity, Collaboration, IoT and Managed Services •Develop solutions covering Internet/ WAN/ LAN connectivity, managed WAN and LAN services, private connectivity, branch connectivity and data center interconnect •Architect and position infrastructure, cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), data center hosting and colocation solutions •Design and position enterprise collaboration, contact center, managed Wi-Fi, CCTV, smart campus, IoT and Safe City solutions •Design and position cybersecurity and network security solutions covering Firewalls, UTM, Load Balancers, Anti-DDoS, Endpoint Security, VPN, segmentation and SASE •Perform comparative technical and solution analysis across multiple OEM offerings •Work with OEMs, distributors, partners and system integrators to validate architecture, develop configurations, conduct PoCs and support commercial proposals •Prepare high-level and low-level architecture, topology diagrams, roadmaps, sizing, BoQ/ BoM, technical specifications and compliance matrices •Lead technical responses for RFI/ RFQ/ RFP/ tender opportunities •Support account teams in opportunity qualification, solution positioning and customer engagement strategy •Identify technology gaps, cross-sell/ up-sell opportunities and future requirements

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering
•6-8 years of relevant enterprise presales, solution architecture, consulting or technology advisory experience •Strong multi-OEM experience across enterprise networking, infrastructure, security, cloud, data center and connectivity technologies •Customer-facing experience in requirement generation, technical discovery, C-level discussions, RFI/ RFQ/ RFP/ tender response and PoC activities Preferred: •Experience with Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, H3C, Fortinet and/ or equivalent OEMs •Relevant professional certifications in networking, cloud, security, data center, infrastructure or enterprise architecture
