The Role
Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital is hiring a Senior Manager Operations for its Nationwide Outreach Camp programme, based in Rawalpindi, to lead screening, school-screening and surgical outreach camp operations.
•Translate annual targets into operational plans; oversee execution across screening, school-screening and surgical outreach camps •Conduct site visits to monitor patient safety, service flow, quality standards and adherence to operational SOPs •Coordinate with clinical leads to ensure seamless workflows from screening to surgical counseling, admission and post-op care •Oversee camp-wise budgeting, inventory replenishment, fleet management and vendor/ donor reporting •Maintain operational risk registers, enforce geographic coverage guidelines and present performance dashboards to leadership

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Public Health, Health Administration, Operations Management, Relevant Field
•5+ years in healthcare operations, hospital administration, outreach programs or multi-site delivery
Team Leadership, Budgeting, Risk Management, Donor Coordination, Microsoft Excel
