The Role
Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital is hiring a Data Entry Operator for its Nationwide Outreach Camp programme, based in Rawalpindi, to digitise and maintain patient records.
•Accurately transcribe and transfer patient records from paper formats into electronic databases, spreadsheets and software •Verify data integrity against source documents, resolve discrepancies and ensure complete, error-free records •Maintain secure digital/ physical filing systems, protect confidential patient information and perform routine data backups •Log data receipts, operate basic office equipment and handle routine clerical tasks to maintain productivity standards
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Intermediate/ Higher Secondary School Certificate/ A- Level: Computer Science
- Diploma: Computer
Typing, MS Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
•Intermediate/ ICS with a 1-year computer diploma •Minimum 40 WPM typing speed
