The Role

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is hiring a Site Supervisor on contract for its Planning and Development Department at Bela (Near Jamia Masjid, Noor ul Huda, Bela Road, District Bela).

•Supervise and manage construction activities in a safe, timely and sustainable manner •Coordinate and provide clear instructions to contractors, subcontractors and labour teams •Monitor project progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure timely completion •Ensure proper use, handling and monitoring of construction materials at the project site •Verify that all construction work complies with approved specifications, quality standards, budgets and project timelines •Provide technical guidance, resolve on-site construction issues and ensure smooth project execution •Prepare site reports, maintain progress records and submit regular updates to management •Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety and organizational policies
