The Role
PARCO is seeking a proactive recruitment leader for its Head Office in Karachi with a strong industry network, proven headhunting expertise and the ability to attract, assess and secure top talent across technical, corporate and leadership roles.
•Lead end-to-end recruitment, from talent sourcing and assessment to offer management and onboarding coordination •Drive proactive headhunting, talent mapping and strategic sourcing across the energy, engineering and industrial sectors •Manage internal talent pipelines, succession-linked hiring and career mobility opportunities •Oversee Total Talent Acquisition, integrating permanent and contractual workforce requirements •Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver effective hiring strategies and exceptional candidate experiences •Lead SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting operations, ensuring process efficiency, data accuracy and reporting compliance •Strengthen employer branding and drive recruitment performance through data-driven insights

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology
- Masters: Human Resource Management
Minimum 14 years of progressive, hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in a recruitment leadership role Preferred: Experience within the energy, engineering or industrial sector
End-to-end Recruitment, Executive Search, Talent Mapping, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, Psychometric Assessments, Assessment Centres
•Certification in psychometric assessments
