The Role
JazzSure Insurance (part of JazzWorld) is hiring a Key Account & Business Coordination Manager in Islamabad to lead strategic relationships across the JazzWorld ecosystem, serving as the primary link between JazzSure Insurance, GSM, JLV and other strategic partners.
•Serve as the primary relationship owner for GSM, JLV and other assigned JazzWorld entities and strategic corporate accounts •Own and manage strategic relationships with JazzWorld entities and key corporate accounts •Develop and execute account growth strategies focused on revenue generation, customer retention and product adoption •Identify and commercialize opportunities to embed and scale insurance solutions across consumer, SME and enterprise segments •Build and maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities, converting initiatives into premium and revenue growth •Lead end-to-end execution of strategic business initiatives from concept and approvals to launch and performance tracking

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Business Administration, Marketing, Finance
- Masters: Business Administration
•6-8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Partnerships or Relationship Management •Minimum 3 years of experience managing senior-level client, corporate or strategic partner relationships Preferred: •Exposure to embedded insurance, bancassurance, telco-insurance, digital partnerships or bundled propositions
