The Role
Jazz is hiring a Specialist Inventory, Budgeting & Projects in Islamabad, responsible for transport planning activities for the IP Network (MPBN, Enterprise and Internet Gateway networks). The role reports to the Manager Transport Planning, Carrier, Enterprise & IP.
•Lead transport planning activities for the IP Network, including MPBN, Enterprise and Internet Gateway networks •Prepare and verify HLD/ LLD, own network design and documentation and coordinate with vendors •Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets, track budget utilization and forecast budgets for upcoming projects •Manage capitalization, asset lifecycle and inventory controls, including Stock Turnover Ratio and asset disposals •Coordinate PRs, POs, invoicing and payment processes within ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP •Support business case approvals, financial reporting and month-end capitalization •Work with Finance, Technology, Procurement, SCM, Projects and vendors, managing projects and driving network optimization •Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, TIA standards, PTA regulations, CTDISR requirements and internal audit frameworks
