The Role

MobiServe Pakistan is seeking a Project Manager- Fiber Maintenance in Islamabad to develop and implement fiber maintenance strategies aligned with industry best practices, Pakistani market requirements, SLAs and applicable regulatory and security standards.

•Develop end-to-end fiber maintenance methodologies (preventive, corrective & emergency) •Prepare technical proposals, implementation plans and operational procedures •Develop commercial proposals, cost estimates and resource plans •Identify tools, testing equipment, spare parts and support procurement activities •Assist HR in sourcing and selecting qualified technical personnel •Define SLAs, KPIs, reporting mechanisms and performance monitoring processes •Incorporate site security, safety, risk management and applicable PTA requirements

Required Education Level/ Field of Study

Bachelor 16 Years: Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Electronics

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fiber-optic maintenance, telecom operations or project management
