The Role
Popular Match Industries Pvt Ltd. is looking for an AGM Production- Safety Match & Gas Lighters at its Phool Nagar factory site to lead the entire production of safety matches and gas lighters and manage a 300+ workforce.
•Lead entire production of Safety Match (Splint, Dipping, Box Making, Filling, Packing) & Gas Lighter (Molding, Assembly, Gas Filling) •Achieve daily production targets, efficiency, yield & control wastage •Manage 300+ workforce- shift management, discipline, productivity •Troubleshoot match & lighter manufacturing machines with maintenance team •Ensure product quality, chemical composition control & leak testing for lighters •Ensure 100% fire safety & HSE compliance in highly flammable environment •Control RM/ PM consumption, production cost & inventory •Prepare DPR, efficiency reports & coordinate with Head Office Karachi •Support ISO audits & drive 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- Masters: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MBA Operations
- Diploma: DAE
•12-18 years MUST in Safety Match & Gas Lighter industry •At least 4 years as Production Manager/ Sr. Manager in Match/ Lighter factory •DAE holders with strong match experience also eligible
Match Making Machinery, Auto Box Making, Lighter Injection Molding, Lighter Assembly
•Must be willing to reside in Phool Nagar •Candidates from Phool Nagar, Pattoki, Kasur, Raiwind, Lahore will be preferred
