The Role
Allied Engineering & Services (AESL), the Caterpillar dealer in Pakistan, is hiring a Manager- Sales Engineer (Energy Solutions) in Islamabad to drive sales and business development across the North region.
•Drive sales and business development across the North region •Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads •Manage quotations, negotiations, tenders, RFQs and project follow-ups •Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to develop appropriate solutions •Monitor market trends, competitors and sales pipeline •Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth in the Islamabad region

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Electrical Engineering, Electronics
•2-5 years in UPS, BESS, Power, Energy, Electrical or related industry
