The Role

Vital Petroleum is hiring a Logistics Support Officer at Machike, Sheikhupura, to ensure timely order execution and deliveries and to manage fleet scheduling, tracking and records.

•Ensure timely order execution and deliveries within ETA •Schedule and pair vehicles against assigned orders •Monitor vehicle journeys, tracking and delivery status •Coordinate with drivers on route safety, hazards and operational issues •Maintain delivery acknowledgements and fleet movement records •Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Tracker teams •Update OGRA portal records and prepare daily/ weekly fleet reports

Bachelor 16 Years: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics

Required Experience

•Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics, fleet or supply chain operations •Knowledge of fleet operations, OGRA requirements, tracking systems and MS Office Preferred: •Experience in oil & gas, OMC or logistics
