The Role
EXIM Bank of Pakistan is hiring a Senior Officer Finance & Accounts (regular, Grade M6) in Islamabad to handle closing entries, reconciliations, taxation and SBP statutory reporting.
•Ensure completeness and correctness of closing adjusting entries in Oracle Financial •Post adjusting and periodical adjusting entries •Reconcile the investment portfolio of the bank •Ensure bank reconciliation of all bank accounts •Ensure proper accounting, taxation, reconciliations and other accounting matters in day-to-day operations of the bank •Prepare information for statutory reporting to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and ensure timely submission of all returns •Maintain records as per regulatory and bank requirements •Liaise with other departments for statutory disclosures required by SBP and prepare information desired by various departments •Assist in the day-to-day accounting/ reporting function •Any other task assigned by line management

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Accounting and Finance
Minimum 3 years' professional experience Preferred: Experience in/ with financial institutions may be advantageous
MS Excel, Oracle ERP, Bank Reconciliation, Analytical Skills, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills
Preferred: SBP Regulatory Reporting
