The Role
Packages Group is hiring an EHS Engineer for PREPL to drive the HSE culture across its Retail Centre and construction projects, working towards Goal Zero (zero fire, zero LTI).
•Ensure and endeavor to achieve Goal Zero (Zero Fire, Zero LTI) at PREPL •Act as the change agent for inculcating HSE culture in the Retail Centre and construction projects •Ensure timely review, reporting, recordkeeping, standardization and analysis of EHS statistics (EHS Dashboard) for risk mitigation •Prepare and update EHS dashboards, procedures and plans •Conduct and review risk assessments of retail centre and construction activities and present them to PREPL management for mitigation •Ensure training and induction of all retail staff, workers, management and contractors •Assist in formulating standards and procedures to improve EHS culture as per evolving business needs •Develop and initiate EHS campaigns for all stakeholders •Conduct safety meetings, audits and inspections to ensure compliance and evaluate performance

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering
At least 1-2 years' experience in the field of Environment, Health & Safety Preferred: Knowledge in the field of EHS, especially construction and project safety
Preferred: Emergency Response Planning, Incident Management, Construction Safety, Risk Assessment
NEBOSH Certification (mandatory)
