Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan is hiring a Manager IPD (G-10) at Mardan Medical Complex on contract basis. The service is governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 and the MTI Regulations.

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Management Sciences
05 years of post-qualification administrative experience in a tertiary care hospital Preferred: Documented competence in decision-making, budget management, analytical and planning skills, and knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare KPIs, ISO/ Joint Commission standards and quality improvement processes

•Full-time institutional employee on contract basis •Selected candidate must submit accepted resignation from any existing employment, local or abroad, including civil service of the Government •Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications
