The Role
Unisoftwares is hiring a Business Development Executive for its USA Donations Campaign at its Johar Town, Lahore office (night shift 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT), making outbound calls to prospective donors in the USA.
•Conduct outbound calls to prospective donors in the USA •Clearly communicate campaign information and build rapport •Handle questions, concerns and objections professionally •Drive donor conversions and achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets •Maintain accurate campaign records and follow quality standards

4+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
4+ years of experience in USA outbound sales, fundraising, donations or similar campaigns
Outbound Sales, Fundraising, Spoken English, Communication, Objection Handling, Negotiation
- English (Speaking: Native/ Fluent, Reading: Native/ Fluent, Writing: Native/ Fluent)
Salary, Compensation & Benefits
