The Role
Etihad Town is hiring a Legal Advisor at Etihad Town, Phase II, Lahore to advise on corporate, property, real estate and construction law and handle the society's legal matters.
•Advise on corporate, property, real estate and construction laws •Draft and review contracts, sale deeds, allotment documents and legal instruments •Handle property disputes, litigation, land acquisition and legal notices •Ensure compliance with laws and development authority requirements •Coordinate with courts, government bodies, regulators and external counsel •Advise management on legal risks, obligations and dispute resolution •Resolve customer, dealer, contractor and land-related legal issues
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Professional Bachelor: Law (LLB)
Proven legal experience Preferred: Corporate advisory experience; experience in housing societies, real estate and construction projects
•Valid Bar Council enrollment
