The Role
Sapphire Fibres is hiring an RAC Technician at Phool Nagar, Kasur for RAC and refrigerator production and maintenance.
•Perform RAC and refrigerator assembly, inspection, testing and troubleshooting •Achieve production targets in compliance with quality standards and SOPs •Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and refrigeration faults •Conduct preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production equipment •Resolve service complaints, identify recurring defects and recommend corrective actions •Maintain technical records and comply with safety, refrigerant handling and 5S standards

5+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, DAE Mechanical Technology
•5+ years of experience in RAC production & maintenance
RAC Assembly & Testing, Refrigeration Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance, 5S Standards
