The Role

Maroof International Hospital is looking for a Manager Materials Management to oversee inventory management of all clinical and non-clinical supplies across the hospital.

•Oversee inventory management of all clinical and non-clinical supplies •Ensure timely stock availability, replenishment and distribution to all departments •Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, consumption and storage conditions to minimize wastage and prevent shortages •Supervise receiving, storage, issuance and physical stock verification •Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare regular stock and consumption reports •Coordinate with Procurement, Finance and departmental HODs to forecast requirements and control costs •Ensure compliance with hospital policies and inventory control procedures
