The Role

MTJ Foundation is hiring a Social Media Executive at its Regional Office in Lahore to manage and publish content across its digital platforms. The position is open to female candidates only.

•Manage and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms •Develop and execute content plans and posting calendars with the relevant teams •Write and adapt captions, post copy and campaign messaging in line with communication objectives •Monitor platforms, respond to comments and messages, and support community engagement •Coordinate with designers, videographers and content teams to ensure timely publishing •Track and report on reach, engagement, impressions and follower growth •Stay current on platform updates, content formats and audience behaviour

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements

Required Education Level/ Field of Study

Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Media Studies, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing

Required Experience

Minimum 1 year's professional experience in social media or digital content Preferred: Experience in an NGO or social impact organisation
