The Role
Engro is hiring a Safety Advisor (position: DM HSE Zarkhez) at Daharki to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) systems to ensure safe, compliant and reliable plant operations.
•Drive HSE compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements •Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations and safety audits •Lead process safety, emergency preparedness and contractor safety initiatives •Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, training and continuous improvement

5+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering
5+ years of relevant HSE experience in a manufacturing, process or chemical industry, with strong exposure to process safety and plant operations
HSE Compliance, Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, Safety Audits, Process Safety
Preferred: NEBOSH/ IOSH
•Relevant HSE certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) will be an added advantage
