The Role
Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is hiring a Female Warden for Aghosh Alkhidmat Lahore (Girls) to support the Administrator in the management and supervision of the Aghosh Home.
•Support the Administrator in the smooth management and supervision of Aghosh Home •Ensure holistic care, discipline, safety and emotional well-being of all resident children •Supervise children's daily routines and ensure proper implementation of the approved timetable •Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders •Monitor student behaviour, ensure cleanliness and inventory control, and implement organizational policies effectively
