The Role
Jazz is hiring an Expert Mergers and Acquisitions, based in Pakistan and reporting to VEON HQ, to support financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and transaction execution for strategic investment opportunities across markets.
•Support development and maintenance of the M&A pipeline across VEON markets •Perform financial analysis and valuation, including DCF, comparable-company and precedent-transaction analysis •Prepare executive-level materials and presentations for internal stakeholders •Build and maintain a knowledge bank of TMT, fintech and digital transactions and peer benchmarks •Coordinate cross-functional due diligence workstreams and external advisors •Support transaction execution, including preparation and review of key deal documentation •Track post-transaction KPIs and performance against the original deal rationale

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Any Field
- Masters: Finance, Accounting
4-6+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development/ M&A, private equity, venture capital or a related field; proven experience supporting transactions, including screening, financial modelling and due diligence coordination
Financial Modelling, Valuation (DCF), Due Diligence, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Bloomberg/ Capital IQ
Preferred: ACCA/ CFA/ CA
