The Role

Lahore Institute of Medical Sciences (LIMS) is hiring an AutoCAD Operator for MEP drafting at its Corporate Office in Lahore.

•Prepare accurate 2D/ 3D MEP shop, coordination and fabrication drawings •Develop HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical and ELV layouts •Identify and resolve cross-trade clashes in coordination with project teams •Prepare revised and as-built drawings for project handover

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements

Required Education Level/ Field of Study

Intermediate: Any
Diploma: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering

Required Experience

Minimum 7 years of hands-on MEP drafting experience on multistoried building projects Preferred: Experience in hospital, healthcare, commercial or large-scale MEP projects

Skills

AutoCAD
Preferred: Revit, BIM

Any Other Requirements or Preferences

•FA/ FSc with Diploma in AutoCAD, specializing in 2D and 3D MEP drafting •Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D is mandatory •DAE Mechanical or Electrical will be preferred
