Master Tiles is hiring a Management Trainee Officer in its Human Resources department in Gujranwala.

•Assist with the recruitment and selection process •Coordinate interview schedules and conduct initial screenings •Handle employee onboarding and induction programs •Maintain personnel records and update the HRIS •Assist in the administration of payroll and benefits •Coordinate employee training and development initiatives •Support HR initiatives and policy implementation •Handle employee relations queries and record-keeping •Prepare various HR reports and documentation for management •Assist with the performance management process
