The Role

J.K. Spinning Mills is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Manager Human Resources to lead the HR function of its textile group in Khurrianwala, Faisalabad.

•Lead the overall HR function, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning •Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with organizational objectives •Manage employee relations, industrial relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters •Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies •Oversee performance management, employee development, training, and succession planning •Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and HR records •Coordinate with departmental heads to address manpower requirements and operational HR matters •Promote employee engagement, workplace discipline, productivity, and a positive organizational culture •Monitor HR metrics and prepare periodic reports for senior management •Supervise and develop the HR team while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards
