The Role
Margalla Legal LLP is hiring an Associate Lawyer in Islamabad (on-site) for Taxation, Civil Litigation, and Corporate Advisory work.
•Conduct thorough factual and legal research on assigned matters and identify relevant legal issues •Organize and manage assigned legal work in a structured, methodical, and collaborative manner •Draft clear, precise, and well-reasoned legal memoranda, statements of facts, pleadings, and other legal documents •Maintain accurate, complete, and orderly physical and digital records of legal matters •Work jointly with team members to formulate and deliver sound legal solutions for clients •Communicate effectively with clients in a professional and accessible manner •Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities and other relevant bodies to obtain legal information in connection with assigned legal work •Assist senior counsel and team members diligently in the management of legal matters

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Law
One year of post-qualification experience or more
Legal Research, Legal Drafting, Federal Tax Laws, Written Communication, Verbal Communication, Analytical Skills, MS Office, Teamwork
