The Role

BSM Developers is hiring an experienced Senior Planning Engineer/ Manager to oversee project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and execution coordination across multiple real estate development projects in Lahore.

•Develop and monitor integrated project schedules, master development plans and execution timelines •Review contractors' work programs, construction schedules, milestones and resource deployment plans •Monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify delays and recommend corrective measures •Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, Building, Contracts, Procurement and Site Management teams to ensure timely execution •Conduct progress reviews, follow up on contractors' commitments and prepare project dashboards, progress reports and recovery plans

Bachelor 16 Years: Civil Engineering

Required Experience

8-12 years of relevant experience in project planning and monitoring of infrastructure and building construction projects Preferred: Experience with real estate developers, large-scale housing projects, engineering consultants or major construction contractors
