The Role
Taj Group of Petroleum Service (TGPS) is seeking a results-driven Audit & Compliance Specialist to strengthen financial controls, operational assurance and compliance across its businesses, including Fuel Retail, Restaurants, Solar Energy, Agriculture and Allied Businesses.
•Plan and execute financial, operational and compliance audits •Evaluate internal controls, financial processes, inventory, assets and SOP compliance •Identify risks, control gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement •Deliver clear audit findings, recommendations and corrective action follow-ups •Lead field audits and ensure effective compliance assurance across locations •Lead the audit team
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Finance, Commerce, Accounting
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Finance, Commerce, Accounting
Relevant experience in Internal Audit, Operational Audit, Finance, or Compliance
Analytical Skills, Leadership, Reporting, Problem Solving
•CA (Inter), ACCA, CMA/ ACMA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred •Willingness to travel frequently for audit assignments
