The Role
Bonanza Satrangi is hiring Assistant Branch Managers for its stores across North, Central and South regions.
•Support daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow •Assist in leading, coaching, and developing the store team •Support sales initiatives and work towards achieving business targets •Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience •Monitor inventory, merchandising, and stock control •Ensure compliance with loss prevention and security procedures •Assist with staff scheduling and performance management •Maintain store standards, grooming, and visual appeal
