The Role
Urban Developers, proud developers of Central Park Housing Scheme, is hiring a Senior Manager Development, Infrastructure & Projects in Lahore.
•Develop master development plans, phasing, schedules and budgets; oversee surveys, designs and consultants •Direct construction of roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, electrification and community facilities •Lead tendering, contract award, bill verification and contractor performance management •Control project costs and report progress, risks and recommendations to the Board

20+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Civil Engineering
- MS / MPhil: Civil Engineering
20 years' experience in infrastructure and land development, including 8-10 years in senior leadership of housing society or township projects
Preferred: PMP
Registered with the national engineering council
