The Role

Maven Projects is hiring a Project Coordinator in Islamabad.

•Coordinate day-to-day project activities with project teams, contractors and stakeholders •Monitor project schedules, deliverables, milestones and pending actions •Prepare minutes of meetings, progress reports, trackers and project documentation •Follow up on drawings, approvals, RFIs, submissions, procurement and other project deliverables •Coordinate with design, engineering, contracts, procurement and site teams to ensure timely execution •Identify and highlight delays, risks and coordination issues to the Project Manager •Maintain project records, correspondence and document registers •Support project meetings, site visits, inspections and management reporting •Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager
