The Role
FIO Hospital is hiring a Pharmacy Manager in Peshawar and Islamabad to oversee the hospital's overall pharmacy operations, including procurement, supply chain, OT pharmacy, ophthalmic lenses and inventory management.
•Oversee the hospital's overall pharmacy operations, including procurement, supply chain, OT pharmacy, ophthalmic lenses and inventory management •Ensure timely availability and proper storage of medicines and supplies •Maintain effective stock control, expiry management and documentation •Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs and regulations •Coordinate with relevant departments and supervise pharmacy staff •Monitor inventory and consumption and manage vendors •Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, cost control and patient safety

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Pharmacy (Pharm-D), Pharmacy
Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in Hospital Pharmacy, including at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
OT Pharmacy, Ophthalmic Lenses Management, Inventory Management
